PREPARANDOME PARA EL DESIERTO: DIA 10

Estaba meditando en el blog del Obispo Macedo, donde habla sobre aquel que cambia lo cierto por lo incierto:

Estaba pensando entre si, si los grandes héroes de la Biblia no hubieron hecho aquel intercambio, ellos no hubiesen  dejado ninguna historia para contar. Ellos hubieran seguido sus vidas normales  y no experimentar las maravillas de Dios.

Ahorita, nosotros nos estamos preparando para el desierto, buscando del Espíritu Santo. Mas, la pregunta es, será que yo he hecho este intercambio? Será que yo estoy dispuesto a cambiar lo cierto para lo incierto? Renunciar lo que mis ojos ven, para lo invisible? 

Por ejemplo, en respeto al Espíritu Santo: 

Cierto por lo incierto:

• Estas dispuesto a sacrificar una amistad o novio para recibir el Espiritu Santo, Alguien que no puedes ver?
• Estas dispuesto a ir en contra de tu carne y perdonar aquella persona que te lastimo, sacar aquel odio, para que el amor de Dios entre?
• Estas dispuesto a sacrificar las memorias/traumas del pasado y toda aquello que has estado cargando como maleta, para vivir el presente y conquistar el futuro?
•  Estas dispuesto a sacrificar horas de descanso para buscar el Espiritu Santo?
• Estas dispuesto a renunciar tus sueños/metas personales para descubrir los Sueños de Dios para tu vida?

Solamente aquellos que CREEN en la Promesa del Espíritu Santo, aquellos que viven por la fe Abrahamica, están dispuestos a cambiar lo cierto por lo incierto. Que en la realidad, quien hace para Dios nunca pierde. Recuerda: Es dando que se recibe. 

Piensalo. 

PREPARING MYSELF FOR THE DESERT: DAY 10

      

I was meditating on Bishop's Macedo's blog where he talked about exchanging the certain, for the uncertain:

 I was thinking to myself, If the great hereos of the Bible would not have made that exchange, that trade, they would have left no story behind. They would have continued living their everyday normal life and would have never seen the wonders of God. 

Right now we are preparing ourselves for the desert, seeking the Holy Spirit. However, the question is, have you made that exchange? Are you willing to trade the certain for the uncertain? Give up what your eyes see, for what you cannot? For example, to receive the Holy Spirit:

• Are you willing to sacrifice a friendship or a boyfriend to receive someone you cannot see?
• Are you willing to fight against your flesh to forgive that person who hurt you, willing to take out that hate, so the love of God can come in?
• Are  you willing to sacrifice your memories of the past, and all the baggage that you've been carrying around, to conquer your future?
• Are you willing to sacrfice hours of sleep, so you can stay up to seek the Holy Spirit?
• Are you willing to sacrifice your personal dreams/goals to discover God's dreams for your life?

Only those who believe in the promise of the Holy Spirit, those who live by the Abrahamic faith, are willing to exchange the certain for the uncertain.

PREPARANDOME PARA El DESIERTO: DIA 9

No me escogieron ustedes a mí, sino que yo los escogí a ustedes y los comisioné para que vayan y den fruto, un fruto que perdure. Así el Padre les dará todo lo que le pidan en mi nombre.

1 John 15.16

No necesitamos la ayuda de las personas a nuestro alrededor, para hacernos caer para bajo. Nosotros solitos hacemos un buen trabajo en eso. Si o no? Con el, "Soy tan tanto", "Nunca podría ser como ella", "Quien estoy tratando de enganar, si el no pudo, como podría yo?" "Porque es que Dios me va usar a mi si hay mejores?""Que tengo yo, que Dios puede usar?" Se le hace conocido estas frases? 

Mi amigo, si usted esta buscando el Espiritu Santo, no es coincidencia, Dios lo ha escogido. De todos tus amigos, vecinos, familiares, Dios lo escogio! Y mucha de las veces dejamos que el diablo nos engane haciendonos olvidar PORQUE Dios nos escogio.

Me acuerdo que cuando yo tenia el deseo de servir a Dios mas como obrera, había momentos cuando me sentía triste. Me acuerdo que una vez yo fui llorando para la esposa de pastor y le dije: "Yo no creo que Dios me levantaría como obrera. Que tengo yo para dar? Como puedo yo ayudar a los enfermos, si yo nunca estuve enferma? Como puedo ayudar a alguien con el sueno de tener un negocio, si yo no lo tengo? Como puedo..." y allí me paro. Me dijo, "Claudia, Dios no te va levantar por lo que tienes, mas, por QUIEN eres. Tu tienes el Espíritu Santo y es El quien te ve dar la capacidad para ayudar las personas. El es la CAPACIDAD". 

Yo hago un desafio con usted que asiste este mensaje. Hoy, refleja en esto. Y si usted quiere, hasta puede hacer una lista. 

Dejando a lado tu titulo, tus privilegios, edad, apariencia, todo. Preguntase a si mismo, "QUIEN SOY YO DELANTE DE DIOS?" "QUIEN SOY YO?""QUE ESTA DENTRO DE MI QUE LLAMO LA ATENCION DE DIOS?". Y después que usted se de cuenta/acuerda de la verdadera razon en cual Dios le llamo, escribe todos los pensamientos, ideas, que el diablo ha colocado dentro de ti, que te ha estado deteniendo de buscar con toda fuerza al Espíritu Santo, impediendole de SER la persona que Dios quiere que seas. Despues de hacer esta lista. Haz una oracion y valla en su fe. Rompelo! Quemalo! Haz aquella lista en pedazos. Vaya en su fe! No acepte cargar un dia mas con esto dentro de ti.  Dios llama a todos, mas pocos son escogidos. ESCOGE SER UN ESCOGIDO!

PREPARING MYSELF FOR THE DESERT: DAY 9

 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

1 John 15.16

We don't really need the help of the people around us, to bring us down. We do a pretty good job of doing that on our own. Yes or No? With the "Gosh I'm so dumb", "I could never be as good as her", "Who am I kidding, if they couldn't, how can I?", "Why would God ever use me?", "What do I have to give that God could possibly use?" Sound familiar?

My friend, if you have been seeking the Holy Spirit, it is not coincidence, God has chosen you. Out of all of your neighbers, friends, family members, God chose you! And a lot of times we let the devil deceive us by making us forget WHY God chose us. 

He didn't choose you because of what you have or because of your age or position. Because let's be honest, what do we have? What do we have that God Himself needs? Nothing. It's not about what you have or what you do. It is about WHO you are. 

  I remember when I first had the desire to serve God as an usher, I had moments where I felt sad. I remember I went crying to the pastor's wife and told her. "I don't think God would lift me as an usher. What do I have to give? How can I help people who are sick, if I never had a sickness? How can I help someone who is looking to open a business if I don't have my own? How can I..." and she stopped me. She said, "Claudia, God is not going to lift you because of what you have, but because of WHO you are. You have the Holy Spirit. And it is He who will give you capacity to help the people".

I challenge you, who read this message today, to reflect on this. If you want, you can even make a list. Putting aside your title, your privalges, you age, your appearance, everything. Ask yourself, "WHO AM I BEFORE GOD?" "WHO AM I?". And once you realize/remember the true reason why God called you, right down all of the thoughts, the ideas that the devil has been putting in you, to hold you back from seeking the Holy Spirit, stopping you from being who God wants you to be. After you make this list, make a prayer and go in your faith. Burn it. Tear it to pieces. Shred it. Go in your faith! But don't accept another day carrying this inside of you. God is calls everyone, but few are chosen. CHOOSE TO BE CHOSEN!

PREPARING MYSELF FOR THE DESERT: DAY 7 & 8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
    consider its ways and be wise!
 It has no commander,
    no overseer or ruler,
 yet it stores its provisions in summer
    and gathers its food at harvest.

How long will you lie there, you sluggard?
    When will you get up from your sleep?

Proverbs 6.6-9

I woke up today thinking about the following. It is true when the Word of God says that He uses the small and weak things of this world to shame the wise. Just look to the ant and then to yourself. How many hours are in a day? God gives us 24 hours in a day. And the question is, "What have you been doing with the 24 hours that He has trusted you with?" In those 24 hours could it be that we are honoring God? Or ourselves? Or, maybe the devil? In those 24 hours, could it be that I am doing the will of God or mine? In those 24 hours, could it be that I am being a good and faithful servant, or a useless one?

When you ly down to sleep, do you ly down with joy knowing that you did the will of God? Joy, that you are honoring God with the work of your hands? Or, could it be that you ly down thinking about all the things you didn't do, that you could have done, should have done, or what you will leave for tomorrow to do?

Why do I ask this? I was not even planning to write about this today, but it is something very important before God. Why? Because God says in His word, to be faithful in the little, and He will place us in the abundance. So, we need to ask ourselves, "What am I doing with the 24 hours that I am being trusted with?" Many did not wake up today, but you did. Time is flying and we do not know when will be our last hour. In the time that we are here, it needs to be to serve and honor God. Think with me. Imagine being a chosen one of God, His elected one, consecrated by God, and do nothing? What will become of that consecration? What is the point of a servant that does nothing? A servant that only does things when their asked to. Or, even, does things, but in a effortless manner. The person forgets WHO THEY ARE SERVING.

 When a person wastes time and lives life "day by day", the person feels empty, useless, without knowing the "why" of being here. Yes or no? Just look to Abraham. He lived a blessed and long life. He lived his life pleasing, obeying and honoring God. He had his story to leave behind. And you? What is your story? 

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. . 

John 15.1-2

God does not give us His Spirit, just to have it, while the people around us are suffering and entering in hell. No. He gives us His Spirit, so we can give to others what we received. So we can be witneses of The Truth. Let us ask God for wisdom so we can utilize what He has given us.

PREPARANDOME PARA EL DESIERTO: DIA 7 & 8

¡Anda, perezoso, fíjate en la hormiga!

    ¡Fíjate en lo que hace, y adquiere sabiduría!

 No tiene quien la mande,

    ni quien la vigile ni gobierne;

 con todo, en el verano almacena provisiones

    y durante la cosecha recoge alimentos. Perezoso, ¿cuánto tiempo más seguirás acostado? ¿Cuándo despertarás de tu sueño?

-Proverbios 6.6-9

Desperté hoy pensando en lo siguiente. Es verdad cuando la Palabra de Dios dice que El usa las cosas pequeñas y despreciadas para avergonzar las cosas grandes. Solo mire para la hormiga y después para usted. Cuantas horas hay en un día? 24. Dios nos da 24 horas en un dia. Y la pregunta es, "Que es lo que usted hace con las 24 horas que El te confia?" En esas 24 horas sera que uno esta honrando a Dios? O si mismo? O hasta el diablo? En esas 24 horas sera que yo estoy haciendo la voluntad de Dios, o la mia? En estas 24 horas, sera que yo e sido el siervo bueno y fiel o inútil?

Cuando usted se acuesta para dormir, será que usted se acuesta con alegría sabiendo que usted hizo la voluntad de Dios? Alegre que usted honro a Dios con el trabajo de sus manos? O será que usted se acuesta pensando en todo lo que usted no hizo, lo que pudo haber hecho, lo que hubiera hecho, y lo que dejara para manana? 

Porque pregunto esto? Ni tenia pensado de escribir sobre esto hoy, y si de otra cosa, mas es algo muy importante. Porque? Porque Dios dice en su palabra, sea fiel en lo poco, y te pondre sobre lo mucho. Mas, que es lo que usted hace con esas 24 horas que Dios te esta confiando? Muchos no despertaron hoy, mas usted si. El tiempo ahora esta volando, y uno no sabe cuando sera su ultima hora. En el tiempo que estemos aqui, tiene que ser para servir y agradar a Dios. Piense conmigo. Imagine ser un elegido de Dios, escogido y consagrado por Dios, y no hacer nada? Que será de esa unción? De que sirve un siervo si no hace nada? Solo hace cuando es mandado para hacer. Y a veces lo hace de cualquier manera. El siervo se olvida a QUIEN ESTA SIRVIENDO.

Cuando la persona pierde tiempo y solo vive su dia-a-dia, la persona se siente vacia, inutil, sin saber el "porque" de estar aqui. Si o no? Solo mire para Abraham. Abraham vivio un vida bendecida con una vida larga. El vivio su vida agradando, obedeciendo, honrando a Dios. El dejo su historia para contar. Y usted? 

Yo soy la vid verdadera, y mi Padre es el labrador. Toda rama que en mí no da fruto, la corta; pero toda rama que da fruto la poda para que dé más fruto todavía. 

Juan 15.1-2

Dios no nos da Su Espiritu, solo para tenerlo mientras las personas a nuestro alrededor estan sufriendo y mucho entrando en el Infiero. No. El nos dio Su Espiritu para dar para otros lo que nosotros recibimos. Para ser testigos vivos de La Verdad. Vamos a pedir a Dios sabiduría para utilizar aquello que nos confío.

PREPARING MYSELF FOR THE DESERT: DAY 6

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, 

and all these things will be given to you as well.

Matthew 6.33

1. SEEK HIS KINGDOM

2. SEEK HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS

3. CONQUER THE PROMISES OF GOD

   Do you think it was concidence when God instructed us to seek in FIRST PLACE the Kingdom of God? No. However, there are those who have tried to jump to the third step first. It is something very common in the church. Among those who call themselves, "christians". The person wants to demand first the blessings of God, and THEN afterwards seek their salvaton. The person wants to see before they believe. They do not have any interest in a commitment with God. They make of God as if He was a mistress. In other words, they only go to Him when they want something and afterwards say "Bye"! However, the person who lives by faith, seeks in first place the Kingdom of God and then His righteousness, so that all of the things can be given, as He promised. 

Many people are inside the physical church, yet, far from the spiritual church, which is the Kingdom of God. Those who are in the Kingdom of God, want to do His will. This person examines themselves daily, seeking to live a life that pleases God. She seeks the righteousness of God. She lives a righteous life that is conquered through obedience. 

Those who live in righteousness, live according to the character of God. It was the same character of Abraham that called God's attention. His character, was what made Abraham become elected, chosen by God. 

“But my righteous one will live by faith.

    And I take no pleasure

    in the one who shrinks back.

Hebrews 10.38

What is the character of someone who is righteous?

• Faithful 
• Humble
• Integrity
• honors his/her word
• Does not deceive/hide
• transparent 

IN OTHER WORDS, THEY SHOW THE CHARACTER OF GOD.

WHEN A PERSON HAS THIS CHARACTER, THEY HAVE THE CONDICION TO DEMAND THE JUSTICE OF GOD AND CHARGE OF GOD THE DIFFERENCE THAT HE PROMISED. 

God has a greater desire to bless our lives then we do to receive. However, for these promises of God to be fulfilled, we need to act according to His will. We need to go in the order that He instructed us to follow. Which is to seek the Kingdom and then His righteousness. Which step do you find yourself in? Or, could it be that you have trying to skip steps and leap to the third one? Think about it!

PREPARANDOME PARA EL DESIERTO: DIA 6

Mas buscad primeramente el reino de Dios 

y su justicia, y todas estas cosas os serán añadidas.

Mateo 6.33

1. BUSCAD EL REINO DE DIOS

2. BUSCAR SU JUSTICIA

3. ALCANZAR LAS PROMESAS DE DIOS

Sera que fue coincidencia cuando Dios mando buscar en PRIMER LUGAR el Reino de Dios antes de Su justicia? No. Mas esto es algo que acontece mucho dentro de la iglesia. Entre los que se dicen ser "cristianos". La persona quiere primer exigir las bendiciones de Dios, y después buscar la salvación. La persona quiere ver antes de creer. No quiere tener ningún compromiso con Dios. Quiere ser de Dios solo un amante. Osea, buscar de El, solo cuando necesita algo y después "Adiós"! Mas, cuando la persona vive por la fe, ella busca en primer lugar el Reino de Dios y después Su justicia para que todas las cosas después sean añadidas.


Muchos están hasta en la iglesia física, mas lejos de la iglesia espiritual que es el Reino de Dios. Quien esta en el Reino de Dios, quiere hacer la voluntad de El. Esta persona vive siempre cobrando de si, buscando como agradar a Dios. Ella busca la justicia de Dios. Vive un vida justa que es alcanzada a través de la obediencia.

Quien vive en justicia, vive de acuerdo al carácter de Dios. Y fue el mismo carácter de Abraham que llamo la atención de Dios. El carácter de el, fue aquello que torno a Abraham como elegido, escogido, de Dios. .

Pero mi justo vivirá por la fe.
Y si se vuelve atrás,
    no será de mi agrado.

Hebreos 10.38

Como es el CARACTER de una persona justa?

• Fiel 
• Humilde
• La persona vive una vida correcta
• Ella es integra
• Mantiene y honra su palabra
• No engaña
• El es transparente

EN OTRAS PALABRAS, MOSTRAR EL CARACTER DE DIOS



CUANDO UNA PERSONA TIENE ESTE CARACTER, ELLA TIENE CONDICIONES
DE EXIGIR LA JUSTIA DE DIOS Y COBRAR DE DIOS LA DIFERENCIA QUE EL PROMETIO.

Dios tiene mas deseo de bendecir nuestras vidas que nosotros de recibir. Mas para que las promesas de Dios sean cumplidas, tenemos que hacer de acuerdo de la voluntad de El. Tenemos que ir en el orden que El mando para seguir. Que es buscar su Reino y después Su justicia. En cual paso usted se encuentra? O sera que usted a tratado de brincar del primer paso para el tercero? Piensalo
